FACILITIES & CAPACITY

The TCL Board Room
From the balcony, you and your guests will enjoy a beautiful view of the 18th hole. The Board Room is used mostly for meetings, but can also be used for small intimate social gatherings of 40 including a bar. The hospitality of Longview will be apparent as guests sit by the fireplace. Equipped with wireless Internet connection, conference speaker phone, LCD projector, HD flatscreen TVs, and audio/video equipment will provide exactly what is needed for any event.

The Graham Ballroom
Upon first entering, your eye catches the vaulted ceiling, chandeliers, and understated elegance. This is the perfect room for your next elaborate celebration. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Wine Cellar, Garden Room, Courtyard Room, and Terrace to host a sit-down dinner for 200 or a stand-up hors d’oeuvres function for 250.

The Wine Cellar
This room exudes a trip around the world with its beautiful wine country mural, wine vaults, and old world men in armor. Guests love the intimacy this room offers, gathering around country-style tables. Seating capacity is up to 20.

The Garden Room
Located adjacent to the Graham Ballroom and often used together for larger parties. Perfect for meetings from 2 to 20 and offers access to the back terrace.

Services Offered
In addition to your wedding ceremony and reception, you can also celebrate your engagement party or bridal shower. Hosting your wedding at The Club at Longview includes formal setup of tables and chairs, house linens, dance floor, personal tastings, and full-service coordination.

The Club at Longview offers a variety of dining options and event locations throughout the property. Our 28,000-square-foot Clubhouse includes the Graham Ballroom, Garden Room, Bar and Lounge, Wine Cellar, Courtyard Room, Terraces, Event Lawns, and more.

Our Executive Chef creates seasonally inspired menus using the freshest available ingredients. Wedding packages are fully customizable and include a variety of hors d’oeuvres, plated dinners, and buffet-style options to suit every taste and budget.
