Bill Neal came on board in September 2001 as the President of LV Realty and continues as the head of the company’s development arm. He is a licensed Broker and has an extensive background of more than 15 years in commercial and investment banking and three years of commercial real estate development experience prior to the establishment of LV Realty. |

Cindy Morreale, Director of Sales, joined LV Realty in 2002 as a Sales Associate. Formerly, she was a top performer with BSI, an Allen Tate company. With over 12 years of Real Estate experience, she continues to be a top producer in working with clients, builders, and Realtors. |

Debbie Forbis, Office Manager/Sales Associate with LV Realty since 2003, brings more than 10 years experience in the real estate and legal industries most recently as a liaison with Realtors and prospects at Ballantyne Country Club. She works directly with clients and Realtors throughout the sales process at Longview. |
