Phase II features many of our finest luxury estate homes, currently priced from $1 million to over $10 million.  Most of these estates are situated along the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.

Phase III features some of our finest estate homesites priced from the mid-$400’s.

Phase IV The Village Homes of Longview and Phase IV The Cottages at Longview are designed for individuals who demand the attention to detail found in our estate homes but who do not desire vast amounts of living space.  Landscape maintenance is included in the annual property owners association dues for these homes.

Phase V includes many of our largest homesites, providing ample space for grand estate homes.  Priced from $2.5 million and up, the majority of these properties are situated along the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
